2. Made‑to‑Order Products

All [ko’lon] garments are made to order, unless otherwise stated. This means each piece is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because of the made‑to‑order nature of our products:

• Production begins only after an order is confirmed

• Processing and production times may vary

• Minor variations may occur as part of the handcrafted process

Estimated production timelines are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout where required by law.

Payment is processed through approved third‑party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

4. After Payments

If you choose to pay using Afterpay, you agree to be bound by Afterpay’s terms and conditions in addition to these Terms of Service.

Returns and exchanges for Afterpay purchases are processed in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of a [ko’lon] E‑Gift Card only.

We do not issue refunds to Afterpay or to the original payment method. Any adjustments to your Afterpay payment schedule are governed solely by Afterpay.

4. Orders, Acceptance, and Production

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase made‑to‑order goods. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including due to availability, production limitations, or suspected fraud.

Once your order is accepted and production has begun, it cannot be canceled or modified.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

5. Lead Times and Shipping

Lead times for made‑to‑order products are estimates provided for convenience. While we make every effort to complete orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occur due to material availability, production volume, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon transfer of the order to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges (Store Credit Only)

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Because all items are made to order, approved returns are issued exclusively as store credit in the form of a [ko’lon] E‑Gift Card. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.

Store credit excludes original shipping fees and is subject to eligibility requirements outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

7. Custom Sizing and Alterations

Products that are custom sized, made to customer measurements, or altered at the customer’s request are produced specifically for the individual and are final sale.

Custom-sized or altered items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

8. Product Variations and Measurements

Due to the made‑to‑order nature of our garments, minor variations in measurements, color, or finish may occur and are considered part of the design and manufacturing process.

Sizing information is provided as a guide and measurements are taken from finished garments after one wash.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including designs, images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and product designs — is the exclusive property of [ko’lon] and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any site content without prior written consent.

10. User Conduct

• infringe on intellectual property rights

• interfere with the Site’s security or functionality
