Returns

Returns are accepted as store credit.
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

Approved returns will be issued as a [ko’lon] E‑Gift Card for the value of the item.

Eligible returns and exchanges include complimentary return shipping, issued after approval.

Return labels are provided via email.

Items returned outside of these guidelines may not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

If a different size is needed, we’re happy to assist with an exchange where possible.
Availability may vary depending on production.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The request must be made within [14] of delivery

• The garment must be unworn and in original condition

• All original tags must remain attached

• The item must be returned in its original packaging

Store Credit

E‑Gift Card credit can be used toward any future purchase.

It may be used across multiple transactions until fully redeemed.

E‑Gift Cards do not expire and remain available for ongoing use.

As with all items on the site, E‑Gift Cards are non‑refundable.

Custom Sizing & Alterations

Items that are custom sized, altered, or produced to customer‑specified measurements are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
